The Tata Altroz brand is now the official partner of the Dream 11 IPL tournament
Tata Motors has announced continued association with the Dream 11 IPL by making the Altroz brand a partner of the tournament. This is the third consecutive year of association between the two. The IPL is set to begin on September 19, and will be held across venues located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah in the UAE. The tournament would span for 50 days in total.
The previous associations between Tata Motors and BCCI had seen the likes of the Nexon and the Harrier emerge as event partners. This time around it is the turn of Altroz, which happens to be a hot-selling premium hatchback offering from the marque. With both petrol and diesel engines on offer, the Altroz also has to its credit, the title of being the safest premium hatchback, as it had scored a full five stars in the GNCAP crash tests.
Tata Motors will showcase the Altroz at the various venues and will also host the Altroz Super Striker Awards, wherein the player with the best strike rate would win INR 100,000, the coveted trophy, and a brand new Tata Altroz. The Tata dealerships across the country and the manufacturer’s social media handles will also help spread the cheer of the tournament.
The Super Striker trophy is not just for the players anymore. Fans too can try their luck this time around. They can participate in the Altroz Super Striker mobile game and win vouchers worth up to INR 5000. The game would be available from September 19 onwards.
