Mahindra Celebrates Its ‘With You Hamesha’ Digital Platform Cross 800,000 Customers!

Mahindra adds more features to the ‘With You Hamesha’ app as part of the celebration


Mahindra is one such automaker who has always made it a point to stun the customers with groundbreaking tech and opportunities, be it with the journey unto ownership or the after sales experience. One such was the ‘With You Hamesha’ digital space that they had launched 6 years ago. Available both on the mobile and web platforms, it has now hit a massive 800,000 users milestone! The carmaker reveals that the app has so far been downloaded by over 3 lakh users and currently boasts of a 4.3 stars rating on Google Play, which are the highest numbers among its competitors.

Already standing out of the crowd with its many industry First features on offer, the app now gets a ChatBot and DigiLocker from Mahindra, as part of the 6th-anniversary celebrations.

Dubbed the “With You Hamesha TotBot” , the chatbot is essentially an automated chatting platform that would cater you with quick information on your Mahindra, and also provide for making transactions like service bookings, feedback, locating a dealer, SOS request, warranty extensions and enrolling for roadside assistance through simple chat commands. The ‘Tot’ portion of the name signifies that the chatbot is smart enough to learn and evolve steadily as it makes use of Artificial Intelligence in its operations.

The Digilocker would let store securely, digitalised versions of their vehicle and other valuable documents like RC, driving license, PAN card, and Aadhar card, and access these remotely on the go. Just in case you don’t know, the digital forms of the vehicle documents are now valid and accepted by traffic departments across the country.
