The new JCB India parts centre is located in a very accessible location
JCB is an exceptional and popular choice when it comes to earthmovers and construction equipments in India. JCB India limited, has inaugurated its largest, 15000Sq.feet parts centre in Bhaproda, Haryana which will make their foot even planted in the country. This facility will mainly be involved in providing parts support to the northern Indian region.
The modern state-of-the-art parts centre is constructed with the highest safety levels. This includes fire fighting amenities, namely, roof sprinklers, fire alarms and a fire detection system. It also stands atop in energy efficiency scale, the system brings about a 60% reduction in energy consumption.
The most advanced ERP system, SAP is responsible for accurate control over inventory and transactions in the parts center, while the right implementation of TOC concept ensures material availability at the site and dealer’s end for a smooth operation.
This new parts centre will be contributing 40% of the company’s parts business in India, catering to 15 dealer locations. It is noteworthy that JCB’s total warehouse capacity has now increased to 3,10,000 Sq. Feet spread across five locations – Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Guwahati. As a matter of further expansion, JCB will be opening up its sixth factory soon in Guwahati, Gujarat which is currently under construction.
